There truly is nothing like a Wisconsin Fall wedding. The colors of the trees, the crisp air, and the love that surrounds the season. There is so much opportunity to embrace the beautiful warm colors in your flowers, décor, and ensemble. Amelia & Tyler said I do amongst the Rustic Boho wedding at Harvest Moon Pond, and it was surely a day to remember.
Their Love Story
Brought together by friends at a bonfire, Amelia & Tyler were close friends before they started dating. They dated during Amelia’s years in college and were miles apart for the first 5 years of the relationship. But they made it through the distance and phone conversations. It made them stronger as a couple.
While visiting family in Boscobel, Wisconsin, Tyler popped the question. Surrounded by sunflowers at a local apple orchard, the couple took the next step in their love story.
Why a Wisconsin Fall Wedding at Harvest Moon Pond?
They chose Harvest Moon Pond because of the very first impression they got when they toured the venue. They felt it was the perfect place for their special day because of the layout, how beautiful each area of the venue is and how helpful Stephanie & Brian were.
Having a day of coordinator was one of the best decisions they made. She made sure everything went by smoothly and knew exactly what to do in each situation to make the day go by beautifully.
It was difficult for the couple to pick a specific moment as their favorite. There were so many moments of their big day that hold a special place in their hearts.
They did a “first touch” and wrote personal letters to each other. That moment was one of their favorites because they were able to talk to each other around the corner of the building without seeing one another before the ceremony. It was very special and intimate having that calm moment together before the ceremony.
Advice from the Couple
Your wedding day is just one day of many that you will have together. Try not to stress about the little details or having the day go perfectly. Everything works out and goes the way it should.
The biggest piece of advice is to enjoy the day with each other and take it all in because it goes by fast.
